It is as though someone has drilled peep holes into the walls of emergency rooms, operating rooms and doctors' offices. I can't look away.

Video Wednesday -- Funny Deposition
I know, this is the third time I’ve posted this deposition. But it’s funny and I like it. And I need to start posting more frequently, so I’m starting Video Wednesday.
That's about how it was one time when I was deposed in a medical malpractice lawsuit. It took ALL day, and I hope I never have to endure anything like that ever again! ~RWS
Are you kidding?? This is a real deposition?? And here I thought everyone knew how to call each other assholes in a civilized manner. Huh, whoda thunk it? Great video.
Sorry to barge in here like this. you don't know me--and i don't know anyone else here---in fact, I probably shouldn't have even started this comment...because right now, i'm cramming for a presentation that I have to give in an hour & 1/2 on benign pleural disease--fibrothorax, empyema, thoracotomy/decortication, and oh yeah--some patient who I can't even remember at all... in fact, i'm really starting to wonder if he was ever actually MINE... haven't slept since tues afternoon. haven't laughed or smiled in probably a week or more. I was just doing last-second cramming--searching for some pertinent information that will be too little, too late to prevent me from being dissected alive in front of my entire department. I am a surgery intern and believe it or not, i would repeat this year over and over and over again (for my job) if i had to. I am terrified of depositions. have serious anxiety issues, and just wanted to say thanks for the wonderful laugh... i wish I could incorporate that clip into my powerpoint today! -K Wells, USA, Mobile AL
thanks for stopping by and commenting. drop by anytime. and good luck on your presentation. i've been known to throw up in the parking lot of the courthouse before court. but don't tell anyone.
